3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and transferred data volume.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional organisation and message solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible to protect the contact form from spam and automated misuse. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA is triggered only when you submit the contact form.

reCAPTCHA may process IP address, browser and device information, referrer URL, date and time, and interaction data. Processing in third countries, including the United States, cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protection against spam and misuse.

Our website links to our Instagram profile. No Instagram content is loaded when you visit this website. Once you click the link, you leave this website and the provider’s privacy policy applies.

7. Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not use external analytics services. reCAPTCHA may use its own technical cookies or similar technologies; please refer to Google’s privacy policy.
